How to book online?

You should receive a text message and your ticket voucher sent to your email to confirm your booking.
How can I cancel my trip or request a refund?
All bookings are non-refundable but may be rebooked subject to fees.
How to rebook trip?
Online Rebooking
Available up to 24 hours before departure via Manage Booking or https://easybus.ph/rebook subject to applicable fees. Limited payment options for same-day rebooking
Over-the-Counter Rebooking
Available at Candon ticketing offices (same terminal of purchase only)
Fee: ₱100 (Economy – Aircon 2×2, no CR)
Policies:
- Valid within 30 days from original travel date
- One-time rebooking only
- Same-day rebooking not allowed
- Must retain same passenger name and booking class
- No fee if trip is cancelled or significantly changed by management
Are pets allowed onboard?
Pets are allowed onboard, subject to the following guidelines:
- Small to medium-sized pets are allowed if placed in a secure cage, wearing animal diapers, and odor-free.
- Pets must stay beside their owner and occupy a seat. A 20% discounted fare applies to the pet’s seat.
